How do I contact Little Feet Boutique?

How do I opt in/out of receiving information from you?

How do you keep my payment information safe?

All payments for Little Feet Boutique purchases are made through Paypal or Sage Pay two world leading companies in credit and debit card payments. They have incredibly strong security systems in place to protect you from the risks of fraud. We use these two companies because of their expertise in keeping your credit card details safe. Our systems whilst secure are not invulnerable and so we never hold or even have access to your credit card information.

How much does packing and delivery cost?

The standard delivery cost is £3.50 per order for delivery to mainland UK addresses. 

We can also accommodate international delivery which for orders excluding Wheelybug Toys and Moover Toys is priced at: £10 per order for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Monaco, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Portugal. £15 pounds for Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden and USA. Orders with Wheelybug or Moover Toys will be priced at a minimum of: £15 for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Monaco, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, and Portugal. And £70 for Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden and USA. 

We may be able to accomodate other destainations but will have to calculate the delivery charge on an individual basis. Email us at {{config path="trans_email/ident_general/email"}} or call us on {{config path="general/store_information/phone"}} Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:30. 

Any customs or import duties levied once the package(s) reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict these charges.

You will naturally achieve better value for money if you order multiple items within a single order.

What are Cookies and why do you use them?

Cookies are small text files that websites can send to your computer. A cookie can be thought of as an Internet user's identification card. They tell websites when the user returns and allows the site to bring up information relevant to that user, for example your name, past orders etc. We use cookies to make your experience on our site better.

Cookies are not computer programs, and can't read other information saved on your hard drive. They cannot be used to disseminate viruses, or get a user's email address etc. They only contain and transfer to the website as much information as the users themselves have disclosed to that website.

Cookies make the interaction between users and websites faster and easier. Without cookies, it would be very difficult for a website to allow a visitor to fill up a shopping basket or to remember the user's preferences or registration details for a future visit. Our website uses cookies to allow customers to move from one part of the web site to another and to add items to the shopping basket without having to login repeatedly.


What happens if an item I purchased sells out?

It is possible that occasionally an item you purchased on this site becomes sold out after your shopping list has been submitted. We try to avoid this as much as we can and will identify and inform you by email or phone as soon as we find out. Any funds already processed against your credit or debit card will be refunded.

What is a promo code and how does it work?

Promotional codes or 'Promo Codes' entitle you to receive discounts on items between certain dates. We frequently send out special offers and discounts which are redeemable through using a promotional code online. To use a Promo Code online offer, simply type the code into the Promo Code box during the checkout process. Please ensure you read any Promo Code Terms and Conditions. If you do not have a Promo Code simply leave the box blank and continue with your order. The Promo Code is not a compulsory field.

What's the law on Cookies?

The European Union Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (the "Directive"), which came into force on 31st July 2002, recognises that cookies are a "legitimate and useful tool" for many activities, including verifying the identity of website users. The Directive makes it compulsory for websites to inform users if cookies are being used (which is exactly what we are doing here), and to provide some information on how cookies are used. Lastly, the Directive places an obligation on websites to make users aware that they can set their computers to reject cookies. You will find the instructions on how to do this at www.aboutcookies.org.

However, you should be aware that our website (in common with most other shopping web sites) will not work to its potential without cookies.


When will my order be despatched and delivered?

We aim to have orders dispatched within 48 hours and usually have them dispatched with 24 hours. Delivery in normal circumstances is within 5 working days by Royal Mail 1st class post and more often than not will be at your door in around 2-3 days. We can accommodate next day delivery just give us a call on 0207 193 49 89 Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30

Why do you want my email address and telephone number?

We ask for these details during the checkout process so that we can contact you in case there's a problem with your order or delivery. For example, there may be a delivery problem that we need to contact you in order to resolve.

We also email our customers occasional special offers and relevant information. In each of these emails will give you an option to opt out of future emails.

We do not make email addresses or telephone numbers available to other companies other than those involved in the dispatch and delivery process e.g. Royal Mail.

Why is it that when I add items to my basket it remains empty?

The likely cause of this is because of a setting on your web browser which has disabled cookies. To be able to save items to your basket, you must enable your 'cookies' setting on your web browser. Cookies contain information about you and your preferences and are necessary for our website to 'remember' what you have put in your basket.

Will all my items be delivered together?

We always prefer to dispatch all items within a single order together. However, we also want to get your items to you as soon as possible. Because we have multiple distribution centres it may be quicker for us to send out your items in multiple orders.

Will you ever pass my email details on to third parties?

We will never pass your email address on to a third party for marketing purposes.

We also never pass on credit card details to anyone, in fact we do not have access to any credit or debit card details in the first place. All orders are routed via PayPal or SagePay two of the worlds leading payment service providers.
